Whew! We're finally unpacked and back open for business! We’ve had a LOT of (very tiny!) parts to organize! This longer-than-expected transition also provided us with a little extra time to think about how we might streamline the business moving forward...
WHAT'S CHANGING
Lead Times
With a slightly smaller team, turnaround times may be a little longer. We’ll always do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience as we make these adjustments, especially around the holidays (please plan ahead!).
Inventory & New Releases
With increased efficiency, some items may go out of stock more quickly. It doesn't mean they're gone for good, just that we’re no longer keeping every style and variation on hand at all times (with over 1,000 SKUs, it's a lot!). We'll also be streamlining our current collections and launching new products more strategically.
Renewed Focus on Custom Designs
Custom and personalized watches have become a favorite part of what we do. Whether it's marking a milestone, creating a meaningful keepsake (or just for fun!), we love making your ideas come to life so BOLO for fun, new personalized designs!

A QUICK WORD ON SHIPPING EXPECTATIONS
We totally get that fast shipping is the norm these days, but we're not Amazon (nor do we want to be)! We are a small, family-run business and make Every Single Whimsical Gift By Hand. If you choose to upgrade to Express Shipping (UPS 2nd Day Air) please note this means your order will arrive two business days after it is made and shipped, not two days from the time you place your order. We've worked really hard to keep prices steady over the years, but given the increasing complexity of our designs and the rising cost of materials, labor, packaging and shipping, we've finally had to make price adjustments across our catalog to better reflect the time, skill, and materials involved in creating our wearable works of art.
