Shipping Policy
We now offer FREE standard USPS Ground Advantage shipping on all US orders. Discount is automatically applied in Shopping Cart; no code required. We make every effort to produce and ship orders out of our NC-based production facility within 2 business days of receiving them. Please keep in mind that because all of our products are made by hand, they may take a little longer to ship, particularly during peak holiday seasons. You will receive notification that your product has shipped, along with a tracking number, after we process your order.
We totally understand the expectation of fast shipping, but we're not Amazon! We are a small, family-run business and we hand-make every single item that we sell. While we do offer express shipping via UPS 2nd Day Air, that means your item will arrive two business days after it is made and shipped, not from the moment you place your order. Please keep that in mind before upgrading to express shipping, as nothing upsets us more than feeling like we’ve let a customer down. Shipping windows will also vary depending on your distance from North Carolina.
