Are all of your products really handmade in the USA?

Yes! Each and every Whimsical Gift product is carefully handcrafted by one of our awesome team members in our Suwanee, GA, USA production facility! Our jewelry charms are proudly manufactured and plated in the United States. We then hand-paint and assemble charms into earrings, bracelets, and other jewelry. We also create and/or hand-paint all of our tiny watch miniatures. However, we do need to purchase the Japanese quartz movements and other watch components from overseas in order to maintain our competitive price points.

What's the difference between the large and small style watches?

We consider our large size "unisex" as its 40mm case diameter looks great on both men and women. The large size also has a bit more room for miniatures. Our small size at 34mm works well for women- and young adult-sized wrists.

Are your products guaranteed?

Yes! All Whimsical Gifts brand products are covered under a one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty, where we will repair or replace defective products at no charge. We also offer a Satisfaction Guarantee – if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality or functionality of any of our products upon receiving it, we will work with you to make it right or your money back.

Do you offer express shipping?

We offer UPS 2nd-Day Shipping, which guarantees delivery within 2 business days of ship date for $15.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally through our Etsy Shop. Please contact us if you need additional assistance and we will do our best to help get your order overseas!

I just received my watch and it's not running–help!

All of our watches are made by hand at the time we receive your order. We ensure they are fully operational and ship them "running", with the stem pushed in as a QA check. If your watch is not operating correctly upon receipt, you may need to push and pull the stem out a couple of times while setting the time. Please contact us if you are experiencing difficulty activating your watch.

I need something different. Can you make a custom watch for me?

Yes! If you can dream it, we can (almost always) make it! Contact us to let us know your design ideas, and we'll work with you to create your custom watch. In addition to creating entirely new designs, we can also make changes to existing designs. Need a specific uniform, skin tone or hair color? Just let us know what you need, and we'll be happy to help!

Why doesn't my watch look *exactly* like the image on your website?

All of our products are made by human hands and not robots, so no two products will ever be exactly the same. We really love the fact that each and every Whimsical Gift is a truly one-of-a-kind wearable work of art! We also want you to be happy with your purchase, so please contact us and we will work with you to make it right!

What's your return policy?

We're excited about our products and want you to be, too! If you're not 100% satisfied with the quality or functionality of any of our products upon receiving it, we will work with you to make it right, or your money back. Please see our satisfaction guarantee and return policy for more specifics.

How often do you update your product assortment?

Often! When we purchased the business in September of 2020, one of our goals was to update and modernize our entire product assortment (and with over 2000 SKUs, it's not going to happen overnight!). We're always adding new watch and jewelry designs, so make sure to sign up for our newsletter for the latest launches and visit the site often. Also keep your eye out for new product launches as part of our "Creative Collabs" where we feature products from fellow creators whose products and businesses we really love.

I bought your product elsewhere. Can you help me?

Yes! We will do our very best to help you with any product issues that may arise, including battery and/or band replacement. While we can generally repair older model watches (WYL, WW), some watch parts may no longer be available or supported by current technologies. Please contact us to see how we can help.

what payments do you accept and is your site secure?

Our platform is powered by Shopify and Shopify Payments is one of the most secure payment processors available. Shopify uses SSL encryption technology to protect your information during checkout. Shopify is certified at the highest level, Level 1 PCI DSS compliant, which allows us to process payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, ShopPay, ApplePay, GooglePay, PayPal, and Venmo.

Do you have a wholesale program?

If you are a retail or gift shop owner interested in carrying our products, please contact us or visit our selection on Faire. We no longer accept 3rd party drop ship partners, and do not allow any of our products to be sold on marketplaces.
