WHIMSICAL GIFTS WARRANTY
We offer a one-year limited manufacturer's warranty from the original purchase date under normal use against defective materials or workmanship, with proof of purchase. Any piece will be repaired or replaced within that one-year period at no charge. Warranty is void if product is damaged by accident or unreasonable use of service. Please note that our watches are water-resistant, but they are not waterproof.

As the new owners of Whimsical Gifts, we're excited about our products and want you to be, too! If you're not 100% satisfied with the quality or functionality of any of our products upon receiving it, we will work with you to make it right, or your money back.
Shipping & Returns
Returning New, Unused Items
We will gladly accept returns for items in new, unused condition for a full refund of the product cost within 30 days from delivery date.* Products received in new, unused condition after 30 days will be issued a store credit. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returning Used Items Or Earrings
For hygienic reasons, watch returns received with worn/used bands or any pair of returned earrings are not eligible for a full refund, but will be refunded for product cost, less a $10 handling fee.
Returning Items Received As A Gift
Gift returns in new, unused condition without a receipt or order number will be issued a store credit equal to the amount of the gift. Gift returns of worn items or earrings will be issued a store credit equal to the amount of the gift, less a $10 handling fee.
Custom or Personalized Items
Custom or Personalized items are considered final sale and non-returnable, unless product is deemed defective and will be repaired or replaced as per our warranty.
To Initiate a Return:
1. Contact us at email@example.com or 877-324-0845 and include your Name, Phone Number, Order Number, and Reason for Return.
2. We will issue a prepaid return label. Once we receive the item, we will issue the owed refund, less a $5.00 return shipping fee. Customers wishing to provide their own shipping must return product via an insured, trackable method, at their own expense.
Refunds will be applied to the original payment method received.
